Returns and Refunds
Nuttin But Wigs will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of the invoice. All products must be in a sellable, unused condition and in their original packaging. Except Synthetic/Human Hair Wigs and Extensions which can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
All customers must provide a picture(s) of the item(s) they want to return to confirm the condition. After confirmation and approval, customer service will provide a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number should be visible and prominently placed on the top of the return box. We will NOT accept returns for used and opened item(s) unless it is defective or damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason. We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping costs. Damaged Items are advised NOT to be disposed of before contacting customer service. Disposed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We do everything possible for our customers to receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. We carefully pack every order, so damaged products are incredibly rare and unlikely to happen to you. In the unlikely event that a shipper damages your order during transit, we can help you to open a claim on your behalf.
Damaged Items
Customers are advised to NOT dispose of items before contacting our customer service team because if they do so, we are not able to offer an exchange or refund.

What constitutes damage:

Cracked jars & bottles;

Jars and bottles contents are spilled out;

broken items.

Please notice that items with minor leaking, small scratches or small dents are not considered as damaged. Those items cannot constitute the basis for claims.
