  • How long will shipping take?
    Shipping usually takes between 2 - 7 days. Depending on the item purchased and the status of inventory. In some situations, shipping may take longer than usual if the item purchased is a special order or out of stock. Items in stock have a 1 – 2 day processing time and ship out soon after. Please keep in mind we cannot control shipping providers’ times or operations.
  • Do you offer curbside pickup?
    Currently, we are not offering curbside pickup. We do however accept returns for items within our return policy and can easily be mailed to 121 Bernal Rd Suite 80 – 1014, San Jose CA, 9511.
  • How do I return an item?
    Returns and Refunds: Nuttin But Wigs will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of the invoice. All products must be in a sellable, unused condition and in their original packaging. Except Synthetic/Human Hair Wigs and Extensions which can only be returned for store credit or exchange. All customers must provide a picture(s) of the item(s) they want to return to confirm the condition. After confirmation and approval, customer service will provide aReturn Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number should be visible and prominently placed on the top of the return box. We will NOT accept returns for used and openeditem(s) unless it is defective or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason. We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping costs. Damaged Items are advised NOT to be disposed of before contacting customer service. Disposed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We do everything possible for our customersto receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. We carefully pack every order, so damaged products are incredibly rare and unlikely to happen to you. In the unlikely event that a shipper damages your order during transit, we can help you to open a claim on your behalf.
  • What if I picked the wrong item or color?
    We ask customers to choose their colors carefully. Unfortunately, wigs are not resalable due to COVID and Sanitation protocol. Many wigs both synthetic and human are processed on demand. At this time, we are not offering returns or exchanges for purchases due to color selection. Contact customer service for more information.
  • Do you sell in bulk?
    Yes, we do. Nuttin But Wigs offers special accounts for bulk buyers. If you own a business that needs wigs on a regular basis, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to assist.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We only ship within the United States at this time. We do not ship outside of the US.
  • Are you a local business?
    Yes, we are a local business created in the USA. Our head office is located in San Jose, California.
